Biography:

Andrew D. Rosenbaum entered the financial planning business in 1976 after graduating with a B.S. in Communications from the University of Maryland. Prior to graduation, he spent summers as a tennis professional on Long Island and he still maintains a strong interest in tennis today.

In 1976 Andy became affiliated with Strategies for Wealth as a Financial Representative. He concentrated on marketing his services to closely-held business owners and corporate executives in the New York metropolitan area and achieved membership in Guardian’s prestigious Leaders Club his first year in the business. He has qualified every year since then and is one of the most admired senior associates at Strategies for Wealth.

In 1983 Andy earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation. In addition to being a member of Guardian’s Leaders Club, he is also a qualifier for Guardian’s President’s Council. In 1994 Andy was elected to the position of President of the Executive Committee of the Leaders Club, the highest honor to be bestowed on a member of Guardian’s field force.

Industry affiliations include qualification for the Million Dollar Round Table, Court of the Table and Top of the Table as well as membership in the New York Estate Planning Council and the Association For Advanced Life Underwriters.

Andy and his wife, Michele will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary this summer. They are the proud parents of Adam and Jonathan and reside in Great Neck, New York where they are active in community affairs. Andy has served on the Board of Directors of the Great Neck United Community Fund and is a Cabinet Member of UJA’s Long Island based New Leadership Campaign.
